In order to be a Participant, the member must hold at least 1 $IDOL token. Every WeedoVerse DAO Participant has the same right to vote to pass or deny proposals. Each $TIDOL Token owned in a wallet counts as 1 vote. The more $TIDOL a participant owns, the more powerful his vote will be (every wallet can own a maximum of 2,5% of the total token supply)
Any WeedoVerse DAO member with over 100 $TIDOL will have the right to create proposals for the community to vote on.
All team members, founders, community managers, moderators, etc... will be paid in $TIDOL for their work. Every role in the team has its specifications and salary.
50% of all the $TIDOL that the team has earned can be cashed out just before the public launch of WeedoVerse (march 2024), the rest will follow the vesting schedule as planned.
This group is composed of the 5 co-founders of WeedoVerse acting as the multi-signature wallet signatories who will act in the will of the community. But, as an emergency measure against malicious proposals, they can ultimately choose to not carry out vote results solely for the protection of the DAO.
GAME3 Studios is created by the founders of WeedoVerse. GAME3 Studios acts as the company taking the necessary measures and providing the correct services to develop and progress WeedoVerse, WeedoFarm, and other internal blockchain games. A part of WeedoVerse's budget will be used to pay the GAME3 Studios reasonably, in exchange for their services and technology, allowing WeedoVerse to create the ultimate AI Metaverse.
The Management Company can be revoted every 3 years by the DAO members. The next possible management company revote will be in July 2026.
