$TIDOL: Temporary High-Dol tokens
$TIDOL, aka "Temporary High-Dol" token is set up to start operating as a community, allowing members to create and vote for proposals at an earlier stage.
Use of $TIDOL
The $TIDOL will be used to pay Community managers, Moderators, Game Developers, etc...
To reward the members who help develop and work for the project can cash out up to 50% of their $TIDOL tokens in USDC at WeedoVerse's Public launch by March 2024. The other 50% will be swapped to $IDOL tokens and vested accordingly.
Offchain + multisig setup
The WeedoVerse DAO currently runs polls on the snapshot platform for the community to connect their wallet and vote.
The Head Committee composed of the 5 Founders of WeedoVerse and GAME3 Studios acts as the multi-sig signatories who will action the will of the community. But, as an emergency measure against malicious proposals, they can ultimately choose to not carry out vote results solely for the protection of the DAO.
Anti-Whale
Each wallet is allowed to hold a maximum of 2,5% of the $TIDOL's total supply.
Proposal creation
Only DAO members holding over 100 tokens can create proposals that will be voted by the community.
The Co-Founders have the right to remove malicious proposals with the sole objective of protecting the DAO.
If a member doesn't have 100 $TIDOL but absolutely wants to submit their idea, they can always contact our team on Discord to discuss it and attempt to get special authorization from a Co-Founder that will pass their proposal for them while setting their wallet as the author.
